Clearfield Hospital celebrates service milestones
As part of the National Hospital Week celebration, Clearfield Hospital held its annual Employee Recognition Dinner May 20 at the Knights of Columbus in Clearfield.
The purpose of the dinner is to honor all hospital employees, with special recognition going to those who have reached milestones in their employment. This year’s theme was “Our Employees Rock.”
President and Chief Executive Officer David J. McConnell thanked the employees for their hard work and commitment to the hospital and community.
“I salute our employees for their dedication and thank them for the good they have done, the talents they have contributed and the compassion they have shown. The impact our employees make is powerful and lasting,” Mr. McConnell said.
Also speaking was Jon Steen, vice president of human resources/professional services, who thanked the employees for their dedication and said they all play an essential role in patient care.
Music for the evening was provided by Tom Bezilla of the hospital’s management information systems department.

Mr. McConnell and Mr. Steen, along with Chief Nursing Officer Kathy Bedger and Human Resources Director Dan Burfield, recognized the following employees for reaching these service milestones:
