The Clearfield Foundation for Health, the fundraising entity of Clearfield Hospital, will hold its 16th Annual Golf Tournament on Thursday, September 6, 2007, on two courses, Eagles Ridge (formerly Grandview) Golf Course and the Clearfield-Curwensville Country Club Golf Course.

Registration begins at 9:00 AM, and the golfers take to the greens at 10:00 AM sharp!  This event is a four-person scramble.  The cost to enter this year’s Classic is $125.00 per golfer or $425.00 per 4-person team.   The proceeds from each year’s tournament benefit one of the many Hospital programs. 

Please be prompt and mail your registration in order to guarantee a spot in this year’s Golf Classic.  If you have any questions, please contact Terri Polachek.
