The Clearfield Hospital will present a series of three Diabetes Classes in April, 2008. The classes will include information/instruction on the following: Definitions & terms, medications, laboratory testing and self monitoring, foot & skin care, high & low blood sugars, foot care, sick day management, stress, complications, dietary management, and ongoing self-care/management.
All persons with Diabetes and a friend/family member are invited to attend the classes. Attendee participation is encouraged. The classes are presented as a public service by Clearfield Hospital and there are no charges for the classes or literature.
Classes will be held from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM on Wednesday April 2, 2008, Wednesday, April 9, 2008, and Wednesday April 23, 2008.
