She earned her medical degree from Sir Salimullah Medical College in Bangladesh. She completed a rotating residency at Louisiana State University, Monroe, LA, and completed her residency in family practice at Wichita Falls Family Practice Residency Program, Wichita Falls, Texas.
During her residencies, she provided medical care to adult and pediatric patients.
Dr. Haque is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians. She has served as a volunteer for Sandhani, an organization that provides charitable medical care in Bangladesh.
