Locke appointed Chief Financial Officer

Robert H. Locke, named Chief Financial Officer of Clearfield Hospital in December 2007.

Robert H. Locke was named chief financial officer in December 2007. Mr. Locke earned a bachelor of science in accounting from Franciscan University.

During his career, he served first as controller, and then CFO of Aliquippa Community Hospital; senior vice president and CFO of St. Francis Health System; and vice president of finance for Harmarville Rehabilitation Center. He was also a senior auditor for PNC Bank.

While at St. Francis Health System, Mr. Locke assembled a $20 million financing package for construction of a new hospital.

Mr. Locke has also worked as a health care financial consultant, providing financial services with emphasis on health care reimbursements to hospitals in western Pennsylvania.

Mr. Locke resides in Treasure Lake, DuBois. He has three children and three stepchildren. Mr. Locke and his wife, Mary, have eight grandchildren.
