Application Process

Requirements

Applicants must be at least 18 years of age by the end of the calendar year in which they apply.  All applications must be made on official forms provided by the program and must include:  

1. A completed application form. (pdf document- requires Adobe Reader)

2. OFFICIAL High School Transcript or GED. No copies!

3. ALL College / Post - Secondary School Transcripts documenting all the required five prerequisites.

4. $25.00 non-refundable application fee.

5. SAT Scores (if available)

Deadline for application is Jan 31 of each year for the session beginning in September.  Applications received after the Jan 31 deadline will be returned.  No exceptions will be made.

All applications will be reviewed by the Admissions Committee.  An entrance examination will be administered in February to all applicants who meet the requirements.  Those passing the exam and meeting additional criteria will be offered a personal interview.  The Admissions Committee is made up of the Program Director, Clinical Instructor, Supervisor of the Department of Imaging and Vice President of Support Services.  All candidates will be notified of their status no later than April 15.  All accepted candidates will be required to undergo a criminal background check through the Human Resources Department.
