A competent and caring staff of Registered and Licensed Practical Nurses provide care to ill and/or injured infants, children and adolescents admitted to Clearfield Hospital’s Pediatric Unit. This unit includes beds for patients requiring short-term observation and provides Home Health follow-up services when necessary. In addition, staff members are available to provide infant CPR instruction and special instruction for newly-diagnosed diabetics.

Twenty-four hour visitation is permitted for parents so that they may participate and be kept updated in their child’s care.
