Clearfield Hospital Home Health Service has been providing the best and most efficient preventive, curative and rehabilitative home care possible for over 35 years.

Our services are available 24 hours a day through 5 offices. Our services area includes Clearfield, Centre, Jefferson and parts of the bordering counties of Elk, Indiana, Cambria and Blair. 

Our agency manages an average of approximately 650 patients daily, which means we make about 51,000 visits a year, and we travel over 450,000 miles each year to provide care to our patients.
