Hospice Memorial Services
Memorial services are held in a local church to honor those cared for by our Hospice Team. It is a nondenominational service that consists of music, readings and a candlelight remembrance. Refreshments follow.
This is a time for us to remember and honor those who touched our hearts and to allow the Hospice Team to visit with our patient's families once more.
Coping With Loss Support Group
Meetings are held at two different times and are open to anyone who has experienced the loss of a loved one.
Daytime Support Group
held on the second Monday of each month
1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Nighttime Support Group
held on the second Tuesday of each month
6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
