About Rehabilitation Services
The Rehabilitation Department is located on the second floor of the Clearfield Hospital.

The following services are offered on both an inpatient and outpatient basis:

• Occupational Therapy
• Physical Therapy
• Speech Therapy

The following services are offered on an outpatient basis only:

• Cardiac Rehabilitation
• Pulmonary Rehabilitation
